WHERE IN METRO MANILA: The new hotpot buffet concept at Four Seasons Hotpot City by Vikings

From the creators of Vikings Luxury Buffet and NIU by Vikings, there's now Four Seasons Hotpot City, the new hotpot buffet concept. This new brand opens its first pioneering branch along the SM Mall of Asia bay area, overlooking the majestic Manila Bay.

July 1, 2015 is a special day for me. It's the CPA Oathtaking Day for the new passers of the Certified Public Accountants Licensure Examination last May. After this great event, my mom, tita Tin, tito Toto and I had a dinner at the new restaurant.

The restaurant is near and adjacent to the Vikings Luxury Buffet and Movie Stars Cafe in MOA.

Designed with a lavish and modern market interior, Four Seasons Hotpot City serves a wide assortment of fresh and healthy ingredients, allowing hotpot enthusiasts to freely customize their own dishes.

The interior of the restaurant also feels like a higher-end market, where customers can roam around and pick different food and ingredients to mix in their hotpot.

Opened last February 19, Four Seasons Hotpot City has seven stations: meat, seafood, appetizers, vegetables, Japanese, desserts, and bar. The restaurant is open everyday from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm for lunch, and 5:30 to 10:00 pm for dinner.

You can start with some appetizers or go Japanese with sushi and sashimi.
The restaurant can accommodate over 350 guests.
One hotpot per table is provided to guests. Each one is divided into two that you can fill up from the restaurant’s broth options like pork, chicken, vegetable, and sinigang.
The vegetables station provides plenty of leafy greens, along with mushrooms, taro, carrots, celery, and much more.
They’ve got many different cuts of meat from your choice of pork, beef or lamb.
The other station gives you a wide variety, ranging from different kinds of noodles, or an assortment of dumplings.
The dessert station offers many must-tries like the halo-halo, chocolate fondue, and chocolate english pudding, Big Scoop ice cream with many topping options present.

Four Seasons Hotpot City has five (5) private rooms that can comfortably sit a maximum of 12 guests in each room. To avail of the private room, the guest must book a minimum of 10 guests and is available on a first come first serve basis. Each private room is equipped with a special induction cooker for each guests to fully enjoy their hotpot dining experience.
Food that you don’t need to cook in a hotpot are also available.
Like NIU and Vikings, Four Seasons Hotpot City also has many beverage options. There’s a limitless supply of sodas and a number of iced tea choices.

I must say, Four Seasons Hotpot City IS NOW MY FAVORITE BUFFET RESTAURANT!
