Anne Curtis ‘shouts at’ Sam Concepcion: "You're not even classy enough to be here"

A confrontation was supposed to have happened in the early morning hours of March 31, involving ABS-CBN talents Anne Curtis and Sam Concepcion at the birthday party of Vice Ganda.

The Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP) on Tuesday quoted two anonymous sources as saying Curtis shouted at Concepciob during the birthday celebration held in Century City Mall in Makati City.

But Vice—who is also Curtis' co-host in It’s Showtime—reportedly went around asking the guests not to talk about it:

“Huwag na lang ilabas.”

Concepcion is the rumored boyfriend of Curtis' sister Jasmine.

THE INCIDENT. From her hosting stint at the Binibining Pilipinas 2014 pageant at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, which ended a little past midnight, the Dyesebel lead star headed straight for Vice Ganda’s party.

Curtis, who was said to be drinking at the time, approached Concepcion during the party and shouted at him:

"Why are you here? Who invited you? You are not classy enough to be here!"

Her voice was said to be loud enough to catch the attention of the other guests.

Curtis  then reportedly went on to bash Concepcion's car, saying that his car was no match to her oldest car.

She also allegedly told Concepcion:

"Ba’t mo niloloko ang kapatid ko?”

He was in the balcony area talking to some female guests.

Concepcion then left the scene, looking embarrassed and teary-eyed.

JASMINE ADMITS TALKING TO SAM, ANNE. Jasmine admitted talking to rumored boyfriend Sam and sister Anne after the two celebrities' alleged confrontation at Vice Ganda’s birthday party.

“I want to understand everyone that was involved, that’s all. Okay naman, they’re both very open and very honest to me. Again, I’m not in the position to talk, as much as people think that I’m the one who can clear this issue off or save people’s name. I don’t have the right because I don’t know what other’s really, truly, deeply feeling for what they went through that evening.”

Jasmine said she appreciates the "Dyesebel" star for saying she will protect her at all cost.

“Of course, it’s a very natural feeling for sisters to want to protect her little sister. There’s no surprise there. I’m thankful that she’s willing to be judged for protecting me. And I love her. You know, people can judge all they want, but she’s an open book.”

ANNE DENIES CONFRONTATION. Anne has taken to social media to address the issue directly, posting a photo of her and Sam together with some of the guests enjoying the party.

“Taken at Vice's birthday. Of course I spoke to Sam that night and as always, I told him to take care of my baby sister. Like any ate would do BUT to clarify I DID NOT say any of those words written in the article. Kahit tanungin nyo pa si Sam. Even he doesn't know where those words came from. Basta. Ang mahalaga Sam and I are ok. End of story, no issue here.”

SAM CONFIRMS CONFRONTATION WITH ANNE. After days of keeping mum about the issue with Anne, Sam finally admitted that he was confronted by the elder sister of Jasmine.

“There was a confrontation that happened but, you know... ‘buti diyan kasi, I really understand. And, I think… I'm really glad that we've come to this point na ayos na ang lahat.”
But he quickly clarified that they have resolved the issue right away.

“All is well… I can really say na Anne and I are okay. We've talked and everything is well between us. Me and Jasmine (are) very much okay siyempre. As always.”
Sam said he understands Anne only got embroiled in the “confrontation” for her sister Jasmine.

“The reason why I say that I understand where she’s coming from, because, alam mo yun, ang ate naman talaga or kuya [na mas] nakatatanda sa isang kapatid, well, we’ll do that for a sibling.”
