Filipina immigrant worker Rose “Osang” Fostanes is the winner in the first “X Factor Israel” talent show after she performed Frank Sinatra’s classic “My Way” with an orchestra. The audience and the judges gave her a standing ovation.

After her emotional performance, she received a standing ovation from the judges and audience.

After she entered the top 3 following the elimination of the group Fusion, Fostanes also sang the Alicia Keys hit song, “If I Ain’t Got You,” with her mentor Shiri Maimon.

Placing second was Eden Ben Zaken (Girls category), and third was Ori Shakiv (Boys category).

Fostanes, who came to Israel four years ago, has been working for about 20 years across the Middle East. She had always wanted to be a professional singer and the X-Factor gave her a shot at her dream.
