SPOTTED: Marian Rivera at ABS-CBN

Prized GMA-7 star Marian Rivera was seen Wednesday night inside the ABS-CBN compound in Quezon City.

The 29-year-old actress visited the headquarters of ABS-CBN's film arm, Star Cinema, along with "Kung Fu Divas" co-star Ai Ai delas Alas, to discuss the upcoming film's promotional campaign.

Rivera and delas Alas are teaming up for the first time in the Onat Diaz-directed action-comedy flick, which is a co-production among both actresses, Star Cinema, Reality Entertainment, and The O&Co. Picture Factory Inc.

Although identified with ABS-CBN's rival network GMA-7, Rivera has been vocal of her hopes to collaborate with Star Cinema, triggering speculations early this year of a possible transfer to the Kapamilya network.

The "MariMar" star, however, went on to renew her contract as a GMA-7 talent in August.

Rivera's starring role in "Kung Fu Divas" is not the first time contract artists from other networks topbilled an ABS-CBN-backed film project.
