The King lands in Manila: LeBron James arrives for Nike Tour

Four-time NBA MVP LeBron James arrived in Manila late Monday afternoon, July 22 for his Nike Witness History tour.

James stole some of the spotlight on President Aquino as the social media networking site Twitter started to be flooded with tweets about his arrival.

The Miami Heat ace came on board a private jet and was brought to the Makati Shangri La Hotel, where his press conference will be held tomorrow.

ABS-CBN correspondent and local NBA coverage analyst TJ Manotoc was the first to break the news of James’ arrival on Twitter followed by a series of photos of James posted by GMA News reporter Mark Zambrano on his Instagram account.

LeBron James' "Witness History" Manila tour comes just months before NBA teams the Houston Rockets and Indiana Pacers are set to play a pre-season game at the SM Mall of Asia Arena (CLICK THIS FOR DETAILS).
