MYX introduces new look and new VJs


After two years, MYX is out again with a more fresh look and a bunch of hip new VJs to come along with it! Catch fun graphics and goofy personalities liven up the channel with this year's reformat!

MYX is keeping it fresh with a new group of people, logos and studio sets. It has come to that time again to evolve with the audience and spark up another breed of interest.

Now there are more colors, as the team behind the number one music channel in the Philippines thrust for more a energetic vibe!
Music channel MYX on Friday introduced its newest set of VJs.
Sam Concepcion, who once became a celebrity VJ for MYX, said he is happy to have been given the opportunity to be a full-time host for the No. 1 music channel in the country.
Concepcion rose to fame after winning in the kiddie talent search "Little Big Star," where YouTube sensation Charice placed third.

He eventually ventured into recording, with a new digital single titled "No Limitations." He has also starred in the films "I Do Bidoo Bidoo," "Shake, Rattle and Roll 13" and "Way Back Home," as well as in the ABS-CBN television shows "Angelito" and "Super Inggo."

Concepcion has also headlined the stage adaptations of "Peter Pan," "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe," and "Mr. Noah's Big Boat."

Ai dela Cruz, a singer and a former NCAA and PBA courtside reporter. She recently graduated from the University of the Philippines-Diliman. 
The other new female VJ on MYX is Karla Aguas, a blogger. She is a graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University.  

Concepcion, dela Cruz and Aguas now join the roster of VJs on MYX, which include Nikki Gil, Chino Lui Pio and Iya Villania.
Myx is a Filipino cable television network owned by ABS–CBN Corporation.
An American counterpart was created to cater the Asian-American youth community in United States.
